Jessica Croce, LCSW
Therapy for Women, Relationships & Life Transitions
Jessica Croce, LCSW, provides warm, thoughtful psychotherapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, identity, and major life transitions. Her work is grounded in the belief that therapy should be a place where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create a life that feels true to you.
You May Be Ready for Something to Feel Different
You may be functioning well on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next. Perhaps you're struggling in a relationship, questioning your sense of identity, navigating a major transition, or simply feeling like you've lost touch with yourself.
Therapy can offer a space to slow down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and make sense of patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we can explore where you've been, where you are now, and what you want your life to look and feel like moving forward.
Creating Space for Meaningful Change
Anxiety, Depression & Self-Esteem
Anxiety and depression can affect how you see yourself, your relationships, and your ability to move through everyday life. You may feel overwhelmed, self-critical, disconnected, or unsure of yourself.
Therapy can help you understand what is contributing to these feelings while developing greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and confidence.
Relationships & Identity
Our relationships often bring our deepest patterns to the surface. You may be struggling with communication, boundaries, intimacy, conflict, or finding your place within a relationship.
Therapy can provide space to explore how your experiences have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others, and to consider how you want to show up in your relationships moving forward.
Life Transitions & Women's Mental Health
Life transitions can challenge even the strongest sense of identity. Changes in relationships, motherhood, career, family, or other stages of life can leave you questioning who you are and what you want.
Jessica works with women navigating these transitions, helping them make space for their own needs while exploring the expectations, roles, and relationships that may shape their lives.

A Relational Approach to Therapy
Jessica believes that the therapeutic relationship itself can be an important part of creating change. She creates a warm, collaborative space where you can explore difficult experiences honestly and without judgment.
Her approach is integrative and draws from relational and psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, DBT, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based approaches. She tailors therapy to each person's individual needs rather than relying on a single therapeutic model.
Together, you can explore the experiences and patterns that have shaped you while developing practical tools to navigate anxiety, relationships, difficult emotions, and life's transitions.
Jessica's goal is not to tell you who you should be or how you should live. It is to help you better understand yourself so that you can make choices that feel authentic to you and create a future that feels like your own.
