Kevin Gamgort, LMSW (he/him)
As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable showing up as their authentic selves. I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship, and I work collaboratively with each client to better understand their experiences, identify patterns, and build on their existing strengths. Together, we will explore the challenges that have brought you to therapy and develop practical tools to help you navigate life with greater confidence and self-understanding.
My approach is tailored to each individual’s unique needs and draws from psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and strengths-based approaches. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and other everyday struggles. I especially enjoy working with young professionals and men as they navigate the pressures of work, relationships, identity, and the transitions that come with adulthood. I welcome the opportunity to support you on your journey toward greater balance, resilience, and fulfillment.
Jessie Warner, LMSW (she/her)
As a compassionate therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. I believe that meaningful change begins with developing a deeper understanding of ourselves and approaching our experiences with curiosity and compassion. Together, we will create a space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and the experiences that have shaped who you are today.
My approach is grounded in helping clients cultivate greater self-awareness and insight into the patterns that influence their lives. In our work together, we will examine both past and present experiences, identify the challenges that may be keeping you stuck, and build a deeper connection to your authentic self. Through this process, my hope is to help you move toward greater clarity, self-acceptance, and fulfillment.
I have a particular passion for working with new and expectant mothers as they navigate the emotional complexities of parenthood, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community seeking a supportive and affirming space. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered, and I welcome the opportunity to accompany you on your therapy journey.
